A cozy and charming sushi bar open November 1994 only for dinner a spot in Kihei located in the Longs drugs shopping center is well known as one of the favorites among the locals sushi spot.

Chef/Owner Akira Watanabe one man chef for 26 years gets its ingredients fresh using top quality fish and fresh cut vegetables. His rice is flown from Hokkaido Japan and seeded in Hawaii. Sushi is made by order so everyone wait for a table or a spot at the sushi bar.

Chef Watanabe’s sushi is genuinely sliced and served in a huge portion with affordable price. Chef Watanabe sushi creations are masterful. Every guests enjoys his sushi and upon leaving each guests thank chef Watanabe for a great experience of enjoying delicious sushi!
